CrashPlan makes it easy to protect your digital life, so you can get back to what’s important in real life. I know. They saved my digital life once already! This is a simple, CRM system that integrates seamlessly with gmail and other tools. Easily keep track of prospect/client conversations and set up reminder systems based on categories that you create. It's easy to use and the cornerstone of my marketing program.

Constant Contact
I’ve been working with Constant Contact for nearly 20 years. My newsletter and most of the newsletters I manage for clients are done on the Constant Contact platform. Great product, great tech support, nice people and they’re adding new features all the time. If you want a high quality, easy-to-use tool for your own email marketing, this is it.

PayPal
You can use PayPal to quickly get up and running selling things on your website (the other shopping carts above have more features, but PayPal is very simple). You need a PayPal account anyway to get paid easily by other people and to make payments. Definitely worth having an account.
